The Role: Telesales Executive (Full Time/Permanent, On-site)

Salary: Starting at £30,000 per annum (OTE £48,000 pa)

Hours: 39.5 per week excluding meal breaks (Monday – Friday 010:00 am to 06:00 pm)

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Securing great appointments with product expertise and sales skills.
  • Reaching or surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Meeting or exceeding all scheduled call times.
  • Actively looking for new business ventures.
  • Gaining and retaining a thorough awareness of the business potential in the designated geographic area.
  • Use Sage to create and maintain a customer pipeline.
  • Putting up a scalable sales strategy that guarantees steady success and income expansion.
  • Establishing and preserving excellent connections with clients, both internal and external.
  • Giving management regular input on consumer problems and rivals’ actions.
  • Generating enough appointments to meet and surpass all of your targets and keep your KPIs in check.
  • Collecting and precisely recording all client data.
  • Communicating with different Clear Vision Communications departments.
  • Generating leads, cold calling, and networking to create prospect lists.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products/software would be beneficial.
  • Building prospect lists via networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
What You’ll Need
  • A good standard of education (minimum GCSE level including Maths and English or equivalent).
  • One year’s experience in a business-to-business or outbound similar sales/telesales/ Appointment setting role.
  • An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • A natural ability to persistently motivate yourself and others.
  • An excellent team player and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Excellent IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
  • Competitive and results-orientated.
  • A confident, positive attitude.
